Since the installation of the thermal camera solution, I am now confident this provides a cost-effective solution to security in a remote compound. To-date we have had no breaches of security, very few false alarms and importantly, no faults or breakdown with the security equipment. I am very pleased with the installation and the professionalism with which Cam-Tek conduct themselves.

Cam-Tek listened to our needs and requirements but still with cost restraints and not an open cheque book. I particularly liked their method of approach and the system design not only provided security on site but also allows me to access the cameras 24/7 via a table or my phone providing excellent management information.

We’re extremely happy with the service we receive from Cam-Tek and would have no hesitation to wholeheartedly recommend them to any company requiring effective and reliable electronic security systems and customer service, which often goes way above and beyond the norm.

The ongoing support is always available and on most occasions the service team can carry out faults or changes to the system remotely. In conclusion, I have no hesitation in recommending Cam-Tek to other business users.
