Useful Information

The police require any person who has a monitored alarm system to supply the names & contact details of at least 2 key holders who live within 20 minutes travelling time of the protected property.

A Keyholder needs to know:

Where the alarm panel & keypad are located and how to use them
The user code for the alarm – this should not be written down
Their ID details to allow the ARC to verify them
The telephone numbers for a) The ARC b) The service department for the alarm c) the nearest 24hour Police Station
How to reset the alarm after an activation
How to lock up the premises and set the alarm
