Advanced Proactive maintenance for your CCTV systems

Our Cam-check software is connected to your on-site Network Video recorder and continually reports the status of your CCTV system. Should a camera fail or other serious issue our help desk will be immediately informed and can take remedial action accordingly. If the fault cannot be fixed remotely then an engineer can be dispatched, understanding the problem and provide a first-time fix.

Cam-Check generates a simple traffic light email status report for each system daily, and this is emailed to the person or persons that are responsible for the CCTV. They will then be aware of system performance and faults and knowledge that Cam-Tek will be dealing with the issue.

Cam-Check also monitors not only camera failures but also connection issues, whether the system has been switched on/off, camera tampering and other management issues.
